Credits are seconds of AI video generation. Generating a 3s shot uses 3s of credits, a 5s shot uses 5s, and so on. Your balance is shown in Studio. Memberships and top-ups add credits; unused membership credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Credits, camera moves, reports, combine, and Studio basics — answers to the questions we hear most.
In Studio, open the camera move menu on each shot and pick the motion you want — dolly, pan, orbit, drone rise, people walking, and more. You can change the move per shot before generating.
Use the flag button on the shot card to report a quality issue. We’ll review it — if the clip looks wrong (broken motion, obvious glitches, wrong camera move), we accept the report and refund those credits so you can try again.
Use the flag when a clip clearly fails: frozen or broken motion, severe artifacts, or a camera move that doesn’t match what you selected. Don’t report clips just because you prefer a different creative result — try another move or regenerate instead.
Yes. Regenerating runs a new generation and uses credits equal to that shot’s duration. If the previous clip has a quality issue, report it first so those credits can be refunded when we accept the report.
No. Stitching your generated shots into one walkthrough (multi-clip combine) uses 0 credits, and the optional AI music soundtrack is included at 0 credits. Credits are only charged when AI generates a new shot.
No. Intro and ending title/logo cards are free (0 credits). They are added when you combine your walkthrough and do not use AI generation credits.
Reeltect generates Pro AI video at 1080p Full HD. Aspect ratio follows your project setting (for example 16:9).
Each generated shot has a download control on the shot card. After you combine, download the full walkthrough from the combined result. Downloads are MP4 files you can use in your presentations.
Save Project stores your sequence, title cards, and shots so you can reopen them later from My Projects. Without saving, browser refreshes or leaving Studio can lose unsaved edits. Generation itself keeps clip files, but the project layout needs an explicit save.
Your clips are saved automatically. Open Studio → My Projects, then reopen the project to view and download them. If a clip still doesn’t appear after reopening, try a refresh — generation can finish on the server even if the Studio tab was closed or the phone screen turned off.
Credits are charged when generation starts, so a stuck progress UI doesn’t always mean the clip failed. Open My Projects — finished shots are saved there even when Studio still shows “rendering.” Reopen the project from My Projects to continue. If the clip never appears after a long wait, contact support and we’ll help.
