Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using Reeltect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Reeltect provides tools to create architectural walkthrough-style AI videos and related features (including credits, projects, and billing). Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
Credits, plans, and billing
- Paid plans and one-time packs grant Reeltect credits as described on the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel through Manage billing on Pricing (Stripe customer portal).
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once credits are delivered. If a render fails due to a system error, contact support and we will review in good faith.
- Canceling a subscription typically keeps access until the end of the current billing period. Unused membership credits remain available until that period ends, then expire. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire with cancellation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Reeltect, including by:
- Violating laws or third-party rights
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Attempting to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Reselling access except as we expressly allow
Your content and outputs
You retain rights to content you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to use that content. Subject to the AI providers we use and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for your projects, including commercial ArchViz work, unless a specific plan states otherwise.
AI and availability
Outputs are generated by automated systems and may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific render times, or that every generation will succeed. Credits are consumed according to product rules when a job is started or completed as configured.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party providers, outages, or content you upload. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
