Reeltect (“we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted architectural walkthrough video tools. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use reeltect.com and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information — email and profile details via our auth provider (Clerk) when you sign up or sign in.
• Billing information — payment and subscription data processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and project data — projects, uploads, prompts, render settings, credit balance, and related logs needed to operate Studio.
• Support messages — if you contact us through the support form or email.
• Technical data — basic device/browser and request logs used for security, debugging, and reliability.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Reeltect
• Process payments, credits, and subscriptions
• Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the product, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), hosting/database providers, AI render providers, and Resend (support email delivery). They process data only as needed to provide their services.

Data retention

We keep account, project, billing, and log data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support.

Your choices

You can update account details in your profile, manage billing through Stripe’s customer portal on the Pricing page, and contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.
